Construction dust is unlike ordinary household dust. It is fine, it travels everywhere, and it settles back down again for days after the work stops — which is why a new build, extension or renovation needs a proper after-builders clean rather than a hoover round.
We clean new builds, extensions, refurbishments and commercial fit-outs once the trades are finished. That covers removing plaster dust and debris from every surface, taking protective film and adhesive residue off new windows, doors and units, cleaning paint splashes and sealant marks from glass, frames and floors, washing down new skirtings, frames and sills, and cleaning brand-new sanitaryware and kitchens so they are genuinely ready to use.
Floors are done last and done properly, because screed dust and plaster residue need lifting rather than spreading. On larger projects it is often worth cleaning in stages — a rough clean once the heavy work is done and a final clean at handover — and we are happy to work that way.
