People book them before having family to stay, after a party or a house full of visitors, when a property is going on the market, ahead of a landlord inspection, or simply after a stretch of weeks where life got in the way and the house quietly got away from them.
A one-off clean is not a quick tidy. We work through the property room by room: kitchens including the hob, splashback, sink and the outsides of units; bathrooms descaled, sanitised and polished; floors vacuumed and mopped throughout; skirtings, sills, switches and handles wiped; mirrors and glass left streak-free; dusting from picture rail height down.
