The end of a tenancy is judged against the inventory taken the day you moved in, and cleanliness is one of the most common reasons deposits get reduced. An end of tenancy clean is about meeting that standard rather than simply leaving the place looking tidy.
We clean the property as it should be handed over: the oven inside and out, hob, extractor and splashback; the fridge and freezer where they are staying; inside and outside all kitchen units; bathrooms fully descaled and sanitised including shower screens, tiles and grout; all floors vacuumed and mopped; skirtings, doors, frames, sills, radiators and switches wiped down; interior glass and mirrors left streak-free; and cobwebs and dust cleared from high level.
